Artwork Approval: Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork proofs before production begins. Once approved, changes cannot be made, and ePrint & Graphics is not liable for any errors or omissions.
Production Time: Turnaround times provided are estimates and do not include shipping time. While we make every effort to meet deadlines, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control. ePrint & Graphics is not liable for missed deadlines.
Shipping: Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the selected shipping method and destination. ePrint & Graphics is not responsible for delays or damages incurred during shipping.
Quality Control: We strive to deliver high-quality products. If you believe your order does not meet the specifications outlined on our website, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to discuss possible solutions.
Intellectual Property: By submitting artwork to ePrint & Graphics, you warrant that you have the right to use and reproduce the artwork. ePrint & Graphics is not responsible for any infringement claims arising from the use of submitted artwork.
Cancellation and Changes: Orders cannot be canceled or changed once production has begun. Cancellations or changes requested before production may be subject to additional fees.
Refunds and Returns: Refunds are issued only in cases where the product specifications do not meet those declared on our product display. Refunds are not provided for customer-uploaded design files or customer mistakes.
Promotions and Discounts: Promotional offers and discounts may be subject to specific terms and conditions. ePrint & Graphics reserves the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time without prior notice.
